Ben Nissen is a Chicago-based filmmaker who wears many hats, taking on the roles of director, DP, editor, animator, visual effects artist, and colorist on a wide variety productions.

Since 2021, Ben has been one of four Creative Partners at Odd Commodity, an agency that specializes in cinematic video production, design, and photography. Before that, he was a Creative Production Lead at Groupon where he managed and collaborated with a killer team of talented writers, producers, editors, and animators.

His first feature film Nowhere Mind was released in 2018.
